Sick and tired of headaches due to bad wine or sugar overloaded soft drinks, the Belgian art freak and animation series producer Dimitri Oosterlynck went looking for a drink that could liven up his taste buds without making his head spin. When he couldn’t find one, he decided to create one himself. Ginger fans: meet Gimber, a ginger-based non-alcoholic aperitif. – YUM, get in my tummy!-

Love yourself a bit of Ginger now and then? Then you NEED to try this amazing drink. Gimber is the delicious alternative for any alcoholic drink, with a spicy bite at the end. Made with the best organic Peruvian ginger, lemons, herbs, spices and gems in order to present your taste buds with a tango. Enjoy its boosting and positive effect mixed with fresh sparkling water. 40ml Apple juice
10ml Lime juice
10ml Sugar water (1/1)
Fever Tree Indian Tonic
How to make it
1: Put all ingredients except the Indian Tonic in a shaker with ice.
2: Shake 30 seconds
3: Strain cocktail in glass and add ice
4: Top it with Fever Tree Indian Tonic
5: Garnish with slices of apple and dried ginger
